Double Block & Bleed Valve
DOUBLE BLOCK & BLEED VALVE (DBBV) is a single valve with two seating surfaces that, in the closed position, provides a seal against pressure from both ends of the valve together with a means of venting or bleeding the cavity between the seating surfaces.
Double isolation and bleed (DIB) with two independently seating valves inside, along with a bleed or drain valve, can isolate either side of the valve (bi-directionally) to vent or bleed the cavity and isolate piping.
Trunnion style Double Block and Bleed Valve with single valve can isolate piping on both sides of the valve (uni-directionally) to vent or bleed the valve cavity between the seats.
Note : Single Block & Bleed Valve can also be supplied on request.

MANIFOLDS are equipment which connect two or more valves of a hydraulic system. A variety of block/isolate valves can be combined into a single body configuration. Each valve has a separate opening to connect a pipeline and they are available in 2-Way, 3-Way and 5-Way types.
JGV Manifolds are compact in design and reduce installation costs, piping connections and maintenance. They improve flow efficiency, reduce pressure drop, minimize oil leakage and provide an organized piping layout for hydraulic and instrumentation systems.
